Today I am showing a picture I took at home around sunset. While walking outside to get the mail I saw the sky and it caught my eye to demonstrate to the class. This scene caught my eye because of the dark surface the scene brings while the sky brings an orange and blue sky. The darkness of the floor and the trees and the light in the sky made me focus less on the surroundings and instead made me focus more on the beauty of the light above me, giving a more scenic and meditating emotion to the area due to the contrasting blue and orange colors in the sky.
Very nice image and great example of how foreground and background mixed with warm and cool can direct out eye and our emotions :)
